Return & Refund Policy – Lush Carry
At Lush Xarry, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 5 to 6 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way.
- Products returned after the 6-day return period.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 5 to 6 days of receiving your order.
Provide:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another agreed method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect items sent by us
Exchange requests must be made within 5 to 6 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
